All-Star Honda is great! They are not a huge dealership, but every time I've been there the service has been excellent! The most recent time I changed my transmission fluid myself (had to unhook the battery to get to the filter), and I forgot that unhooking a Honda battery requires a code to re-access the GPS navigation system. I couldn't find the code in my manual, and I was thinking this would be expensive to have reset. After trying myself with unsuccessful YouTube-ing, I called All-Star to see if they could do this and if there would be a charge. Over the phone the service person said, "No, bring it in anytime we are open." I was still skeptical that it would take some time once I got there to reset or they might try to convince me I needed some other service. I was pleasantly surprised. I pulled my car into the service area thinking I'd have to leave my car there for a bit or wait in the waiting room. Nope. I told the service techs my problem, and one of them helped me right on the spot, no charge at all. Was a 10-ish minute fix, and I was back rolling. THANK YOU SO MUCH ALL-STAR! That is what customer service is all about. I will be back!

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at All-Star Honda. Throughout the entire process I dealt with John Milton and Mario Smith. I also met the owner, Jerry and another salesman, Chris. Everyone was so much fun and super nice! Mario was the one that helped me learn about my new 2018 Pilot. John made sure I received THE BEST deal available!! He didn't let me down!! I went through this whole process by myself (without my husband) and was not treated like a typical "dumb female" shopping for a car. Let me say first, though, that I traded in my leased 2016 Pilot EX-L for the exact same (color too!) vehicle only two years newer. With that being said, there were only a couple of differences that Mario went over with me. He was very thorough and made sure I knew everything! As it turned out, he taught me about something that I had no idea how to use, or had ever used, on my traded vehicle. I, now, use it all the time!! I highly recommend All-Star Honda! If you are wondering about ANY Honda vehicle, this would be the place to get your answers!
First my process started off with Breanna in internet sales. She was so nice and patient and had me come in to meet with Jeff while Jeff made everything easy and quick as possible. Also met John and John is great too! They are all so helpful and really made my experience great. LOVE MY NEW CAR!!!!
I guess it was worth the wait! I found a classy car totally loaded,beautiful interior, my favorite color (silvery baby blue) First car I looked at on the lot. Legacy in pristine condition. Lots of other makes and models. Totally friendly staff ready to answer any and all questions. I pick her up at 3:pm on Friday!!!!!!!!! Surprise?

The service manager Ashley was a great help and kept me informed of my recall, she addressed my very specific concerns and assigned the work to be done by an expert (Neil) in respects to the issue. This was above and beyond what I have ever expected, the work was above par, and going toward I will drive an extra 25 miles for this type of service! This experience has definitely given me trust in the brand, and I will remain a loyal customer because of exceptional employees listed above!
We went to look at a company lease on a Honda Civic, but were not ready to enter a lease for a few weeks yet.Chris Williams was OUTSTANDING!!!He was by far the most personable sales person either of us had ever dealt with. You knew he was really listening to our specific needs and wants.
