We just bought a 2019 Honda Passport from Jerry Lewis. (Yeah, you can laugh about the name, just make sure you remember it when you are looking for a vehicle!) He, and the rest of the staff were absolutely great. We told him when we were done that we'd planned to only check them out and if we hadn't liked the vibe, we'd have walked out. Needless to say, we liked it and have since met the service manager who is also great. No high-faluting attitudes here. Just real, sincere, decent people.

I had the BEST EXPERIENCE here! I went to Chris Williams and he did an AWESOME JOB! Unlike others he actually listened to what I was saying and respected my budget! This was my FIRST time doing this by myself and he made it all STRESS FREE! Couldn't believe how smooth it went! I can't express enough how much I appreciate his quality of work! I have been dealing with "Boyland Honda" now "All Star Hond" since 2006. I bought a car from Jerry Lewis in 2008 and just purchased another car from him in 2019. I feel confident and comfortable conducting business with a company that cares about their customers. All Star Honda cares about their customers and work with them in in obtaining the vehicle that want and not what they can get.

Everything was great!!! The service was wonderful. I was in and out within an hour. I had a issue with a sound coming from my tire area and the guys checked it out for me.

I have always received great service at All Star Honda. I would say the only thing that could use improvement is how a customer service representative greets a customer pulling their car in for service. These CSR are the first impressions, any available representative should always greet the customers with a smile and how can I help you today. It would be my experience watching that often it is the customer who speaks first. Pardon me if this sounds cliche but I believe it is more of a generational thing more and more young people are losing the social skills that are needed in these job positions. Other than that I have never had a bad experience. I also have to add the last complimentary car wash I received when my vehicle was complete looked great (my truck is black) I could see the boys put in some extra effort as most all of the water spots were gone. Great job everyone

The technicians in the service department are well trained and were really easy to work with, super awesome people! They do not stop until they find and fix the problem. They make sure to leave a smile on your face, totally recommend this place 100%!

Went in for routine maintaince. Left my car with them and they contacted me when it was done. Were flexible with me picking up the car at a later time. Only complaint was they said they did a car wash but the car exterior was still dirty.
